Warranty & Returns


All items come with a standard manufacturer warranty (please see their website or some items will state at bottom of product). Any faulty items do need to be shipped back to us at buyers cost. 

The item is then accessed by the manufacturer and they will decide if it is to be repaired or replaced. They will either then directly contact you or us and from there we will work out how to get it back to you. Return cost will be covered by us.

Please note damage, misuse, viruses, faults during install due to user fault and anything manufacturer states they do not cover will not be covered!


We will only accept returns of items still fully sealed and packaged in original packaging. No returns for change of mind unless discussed prior to shipping of item. 

No returns on software of any kind so please pick carefully!

Returns are to be sent back at buyers cost and refunds will not be processed until the item has been returned and is deemed to be able to be resold.
